We'll talk through your project — goals, timeline, and scope. I'll follow up with any clarifying questions before putting together your estimate.

You'll receive a clear, itemized estimate based on our discussion. Straightforward scope, straightforward pricing.

Contract, NDA, and/or 1099 as needed. I'm a Minnesota LLC with general liability insurance, so we're covered on both ends.

Typically 50% upfront to kick things off.

You send me everything: approved design files, copy, images, and any brand assets. A clean, organized handoff sets the tone for a smooth build.

I work from your approved designs to create a structured, user-friendly site with a scalable setup.  Depending on the project, we may have brief check-ins to confirm design intent, review usability, or clarify open items. I'll flag anything that needs a decision from your side.

I'm happy to lead the review process or work within your agency's existing workflow. Revision rounds are defined in your project scope. For larger or ongoing engagements, hourly billing is often a better fit — we can discuss what makes sense during the estimate phase.

The remaining project balance is due before the site goes live. I'll make sure everything is confirmed and ready on my end before we move to launch.

We'll publish with a thoughtful rollout plan that fits the platform: whether that's a clean cutover, a domain transfer, or a staged release. Nothing goes live by accident.
