You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pismo Dunes, LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) regarding the Site.
